Not law, and out of date: TCEQ's answers to irrigators' questions about the rules that took effect January 1, 2009. Some answers contradict the current rule (it lists on-site sewage facilities as exempt, which current 344.51(d) does not). Dated before the 2020-07-26 amendment of 30 TAC 344: check every backflow, design or installation rule in it against the current rule.
