The TCEQ booklet that prints the irrigator statutes and rules together, dated after the July 2020 amendment of 30 TAC 344.

Not law as printed here: TCEQ's compilation of Occupations Code 1903, Water Code 37, 30 TAC 30 and 30 TAC 344 as they stood in February 2021. The rules themselves, as currently in force, are the authority; any section amended after February 2021 reads differently here. Checked against the rule text on 2026-09-28: every 344 section matches the adopted rule except 344.30, which is printed as an earlier draft (it still names installers and letters the subsections (a) to (h)); read 344.30 in the rule itself, not in this compilation. Its 30 TAC 30 text is printed as effective July 10, 2014 and misses the 2016, 2020 and 2025 amendments, and its Water Code 37 predates the 2023 and 2025 amendments; read the current text of 30 TAC 30 Subchapters A and D and Water Code 37 for those.
